The stallholder hereby indemnifies the Brisbane Valley Multicultural Association, inc against any claim which may arise as a result of any loss, damage, or cost of any damage to any product or equipment or of personal injury, which, maybe sustained by the stallholder, by the reason of neglect, omission or failure on the part of the Brisbane Valley Multicultural Association Inc that may occur by reason of the said Stallholder participating in the Brisbane Valley Multicultural Festival 2010. 

Stallholders must be aware of the need for Public Liability Insurance

Please note that all stalls are to be art, craft, homemade, culture, food or community information.

Stall sites are 4 metres / 4 metres with parking behind your stall.  If your stall is to be specially positioned in the middle of the festival, then your car will have to be removed to the car park Stall sites are positioned side by side each other with no spaces in between. Please take this into consideration when organizing your stall site with environ shades etc.
